Feature stairs
Helical, curved and straight stairs in plate, channel and tube. Curved stringers are bump-formed on our own press brake, so the ribbon of steel is one continuous piece.
Architectural metal and custom fabrication for architects, designers and builders. Drawn in SolidWorks and SDS/2, cut, bent, welded and finished in our own shop in Ellenville, NY, and installed by our own crew.
We are a design shop that builds. Thirty years of feature stairs, skins, railings and fixtures for New York's theaters, music halls, stores and homes, from the first sketch to the last bolt.

Helical, curved and straight stairs in plate, channel and tube. Curved stringers are bump-formed on our own press brake, so the ribbon of steel is one continuous piece.

Rod, picket, flat bar, mesh and glass guards, with handrails that run clean through every turn.

Perforated and faceted metal skins, mesh scrims and cladding systems, framed, fitted and installed by us.

Thin-line steel doors and windows, storefronts and entries built to architectural tolerances.

Mirror-polished stainless, brass and bronze. The delicate work: seams you cannot find and finishes that hold up to hands.

Retail fixtures, donor walls, counters, banquettes and paneling. Metal and wood under one roof.

National Sawdust, the Jerome Robbins Theater, the Film Society, St. Ann's Warehouse, Lincoln Center Theater, the New Victory. Theater and music people keep calling us back.
Describe a stair, a rail, a door or something nobody has built yet. We sketch it, work out how to build it and send back a number and drawings.

Send the drawing set, the spec sections and the bid date. We read every set ourselves and answer with questions, a number and a schedule. You walk away with a real price whether or not we get the job.
